Micah 7:7-9

⁷ But I will look to the Lord;^(A)
I will wait for the God of my salvation.^(B)
My God will hear me.^(C)

⁸ Do not rejoice over me,^(D) my enemy!
Though I have fallen, I will stand up;^(E)
though I sit in darkness,
the Lord will be my light.^(F)
9 Because I have sinned against him,
I must endure the Lord’s fury
until he champions my cause^(G)
and establishes justice for me.^(H)
He will bring me into the light;^(I)
I will see his salvation.^[a](J)
